As of February 2019, we have received additional permits from the Corps of Engineers for our 2.05 acre 345' waterfront property. At this time we have architects and Engineers working on final Mirielle Condominium and Hotel designs which will be submitted to the appropriate entities. Our first Phase, contingent upon "approval", will consist of  numerous units with dedicated boat slips. Our main goal is to build infrastructure that will create over 150 new jobs in Aransas Pass, Texas.

The PRIDE OF TEXAS  CASINO SHIP  plans on docking at the Mirielle Condominiums offering a unique and stand alone attraction to the Coastal Bend Area, thus attracting casino enthusiasts, locals, and tourists seeking diverse entertainment. A ship of this class, departing from Aransas Pass, Texas, will likely stimulate the local economy (hotels, restaurants, museums, entertainment venues).

We invite locals to showcase their musical, comical and other talents on our "Havana Emporium Stage" guest may enjoy fine dining as they are entertained...Our goal is to support local non profit organizations, Civic Leaders, youth organizations, student mentoring programs and creating an additional 150 new jobs.
